Ben Nelson's Stupak-like abortion amendment has been tabled, and the Snowe Queen's not going for the Medicare buy-in plan.
That currently leaves the potential "yeas" at 59 to beat that filibuster.
In other words, this really may all come down to Ben Nelson being serious or not about killing the bill over his amendment failing, as he promised he would if it wasn't in.
Oh, and the public option?
